Sessions and Cancellations
Sessions are approximately 50 minutes long. Once an appointment is scheduled I ask that you give 24 hours' notice if you cannot keep the appointment.
Service Fees
My Initial Session Fee is $250.00 and subsequent visits are $150.00.
There are additional fees for other professional services such as report preparation, telephone conversations/consultations that last more than 10 minutes, consulting with other professionals at your request and with your permission, etc. If you become involved in legal proceedings that require my participation, you will be expected to pay for all of my professional time including preparation and transportation costs.
Payments
Your co-payment is due at each visit. If you have no insurance full payment is expected.
You can submit payment via Zelle or Venmo. Other payment options can be discussed.

Aetna, Anthem, Evernorth (behavioral division of Cigna), Optum (behavioral division of United Healthcare), Medicaid (Husky)
